The most amazing staff

Liked: The staff was so nice to me the cleaing staff membersaw me sitting in the cold crying she came up to me said she would help me and she did she was wonderful and kind to me. . Unfortunately my mom passed away.. I'm from Chicago and have no family but my mother.. with the cost of the funeral it was very expensive. Leaving me with almost nothing. They help me with a discount thank you so much. To the woman with gorgeous red hair at the front desk.
Disliked: This is a wonderful place to stay it's safe and I enjoy everything

Family 1 night stay in...

Liked: We liked the pool and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. Pool and jacuzzi hours from 10 am to 9 pm. The area of the place was industrial. It seemed to be a quiet area.The suites have a full-size fridgerator, oven, and small kitchenette. Parking right next to your unit block is nice, too.
Disliked: If you book a king suite with the sofa pull out bed, they will not give you more than 4 tiny standard pillows. It would have been nice to have pillows/sheets/covers for the pull out sofa bed as well.Please keep into consideration if you book the king suite with the pull out sofa bed, it will not come with bedding. The pull out only comes equipped with a small fitted sheet on the matress itself. This was disappointing as I thought there would be extra sheets or something in that nature in the closet to utilize for it. We were originally going to use the pull out sofa for our child. We had asked the front desk for sheets/covers and pillows for the pull out bed( due to the questionable stain on the bottom of the mattress) and were only given two flat sheets for the sofa bed and were denied the pillows due to having 4 on the king bed. Also, we did not realize the pool/breakfast area was in a separate building from the area we stayed in. We were like 5 apartment blocks away in the 500's area. If I could explain the layout of this hotel, it would be closer in comparison to tiny studio apartments/condo block type arrangements.Additionally, when we arrived in our room, the towels hung up in the bathroom were damp. We had thought that was odd since we have not used the towels yet and let the front desk know. However, they were kind enough to exchange them for 2 new dry ones.

Exceptional

All in all a good...

Liked: The room was large and clean and was also affordable. It met our needs because it was also about a mile and a half to the airport
Disliked: Neither the phone nor the tv worked when we checked in. Although we didn’t really need the phone and the tv was fixed right away. The room is also dated but otherwise fine.

The facility is nice but...

Liked: Very Spacious rooms.
Disliked: The room and bathroom was dirty. The kitchen was also dirty and there was trash under the couch from the last people that stayed, spills in the fridge, and I found a towel with someone else’s hair stuck in it.
