Check and double check and triple check that the room you reserve is the room they hold for you! Luckily our group of six ended up being four or there would have been a real unhappy group for the hotel to contend with! I'm still not happy about it. Very, very unprofessional on their part and I had the room reserved since March and double checked on our reservation.

Liked: The atmosphere.
Disliked: Reserved a room with two queen beds - sleeps 6 to 8 and when I got there they had held a room with one queen bed and a fold out couch.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was more than I expected. The staff were really nice and our requests were met right away. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of food to choose from. I look for a Staybridge everytime I travel now.

Exceptional

Liked: Great room for a family. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big open living area. There is a small kitchen, but it has everything you need to make a meal. The morning breakfast has a small selection as they were renovating during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Renovations were happening during our stay, but that just means it will be better soon. The pool and hot tub are located outside so we were not able to use it.

Very good

Liked: Considering the current reconstruction in process, breakfast was very good. Our room had issues and the manager took care of it right away.
Disliked: Paying an extra five bucks a day for parking. Seemed a little odd.

Superb

Liked: The staff was very helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious.
Disliked: The facilities are undergoing a reconstruction. They are still trying to figure things out. They are being very clean about the reconstruction. And are adapting very well, I think, to the issues.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was helpful. Facility was clean. I would recommend friends and family to stay at Sonesta.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Liked: The room was spacious, affordable, and loved the amenities.
Disliked: I asked for clean sheets/linens, and they said it would be fresh linens, but we found a bouncy ball under the covers of one of the beds.

Pleasant

Liked: The Room was cozy and bed was very comfortable
Disliked: A lot of it was under construction on the inside. Liquid spots on the bae boards and bathroom door in the room. Elevator was not accessible. Stairs were dirty and had debris on them from construction.

Liked: The rooms were much larger than they looked in the pictures, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean.
Disliked: I wish there were fans in the bathroom. It was a little tricky getting ready after we'd all showered.
