Check and double check and triple check that the room you reserve is the room they hold for you! Luckily our group of six ended up being four or there would have been a real unhappy group for the hotel to contend with! I'm still not happy about it. Very, very unprofessional on their part and I had the room reserved since March and double checked on our reservation.

Disliked: Reserved a room with two queen beds - sleeps 6 to 8 and when I got there they had held a room with one queen bed and a fold out couch.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was more than I expected. The staff were really nice and our requests were met right away. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of food to choose from. I look for a Staybridge everytime I travel now.

Liked: Everything! The staff are incredible! The buffet was amazing, the pool and the facilities were really nice. Our room was wonderful, a fully furnished kitchen. It was the best hotel experience I have ever had.
Disliked: That we couldn't stay forever.
