Check and double check and triple check that the room you reserve is the room they hold for you! Luckily our group of six ended up being four or there would have been a real unhappy group for the hotel to contend with! I'm still not happy about it. Very, very unprofessional on their part and I had the room reserved since March and double checked on our reservation.

Liked: The atmosphere.
Disliked: Reserved a room with two queen beds - sleeps 6 to 8 and when I got there they had held a room with one queen bed and a fold out couch.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was more than I expected. The staff were really nice and our requests were met right away. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of food to choose from. I look for a Staybridge everytime I travel now.

Very pleasantly surprised at how...

Liked: This was my 2nd time staying there and both times I thought the rooms were very spacious and clean. The newly remodeled rooms are absolutely stunning. There’s even more space & it’s SO clean. Thank you for your hospitality too. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful.
Disliked: Both times I have been there, I couldn’t get the TV’s to work. Front desk doesn’t know how to get it working either. Watching tv on a trip is a treat so that was a bummer. Wish you had better coffee & creamer in the rooms. Elevator sucked. Didn’t bother waiting for it.

Pretty good overall. Great beds!

Liked: The renovated rooms were very adequate. The beds great. A bit noisy from loud cars but a decent place overall. The staff was great. The construction was not great but it’ll be over soon and this place is a good option. The kitchen & 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms is a great deal.

Disliked: Under construction so a lil dusty at breakfast.

Well stocked kitchen, convenient access...

Liked: The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've experienced. They had a complete set of dishes and silverware, and a good set of cooking utensils. Also had spices and all the miscellaneous extras that made cooking that much easier. The bed was very comfy, and the tub was low to the ground which made using the shower not so difficult. While the unit furniture seemed a bit dated, it was very functional, and I believe they are remodeling the hotel. The location is good as it is near a lot of restaurants and a large shopping mall - plus easy access to the freeways.
Disliked: They were remodeling the hotel, and the front lobby was closed. We left late, and by then the upstairs room was noisy, as they were using it to get materials into the hotel. But it was after check out time - so not really a problem.

My wife and I loved...

Liked: The staff were so friendly, the room was super clean and comfortable, the hot tub was relaxing and hot, what more could I ask for?!
Disliked: There were some construction noises, but the hotel is actively being remodeled, to make it even better for guests (can’t be mad at that). The noise was only during work hours, so I could still relax in the afternoon.

Really liked the large suites...

Liked: We liked the big room with two separate bathrooms and two separate bedrooms:)
Disliked: No swimming pool for winter months. Room keys rarely worked…took a long time to mess with key to get into doors.
