Disliked: When I booked the hotel, I request the early check in around 11:00-12:00AM, and the Hotel replied "YES".However when I arrived at 1:20PM, the hotel staff had no clue about it and told me I had to wait another hour to check in. I showed him the Hotel reply, and he read it and told me that he didnt see it from his end, so I had to wait for 1 hour.They later gave me 1 room ( I booked 2 rooms) saying the 2nd room will be ready in 1 Hour and would call my room. I went into my first room and waiting for 1+ hour, and still no call. I went back to check at the front desk and I was told that my room was still not ready, but they could give a room but in a different floor with my 1st room if I like. So i took it.It was a mess the day I checked in.It was also a mess the day when I checked out! Since I booked 2 rooms for my family, my wife moved suit cases to one of the two rooms before we checked out around 9 AM or 10AM, but we literally didn't check out yet. When we tried to go back to our 2nd room, we found the housekeepers were already inside cleaning the room! We didn't check out yet!!! Only because we moved all the stuff into the other room didnt mean we left!What a mess!!!!

Disliked: The breakfast gave me food poisoning which caused me to be hospitalized.

Liked: I am a handicapped man who requested a handicapped accessible suite- I was placed in the wrong room- no one made an effort to correct this mistake- consequently, I could not bathe during my entire stay- and needed assistance using the bathroom. Again, my requests I was given neither a refund not appropriate accommodations. Shame in the Sonesta for the or inability or unwillingness to help a protected class (disabled man) and their lack of concern for the ADA.
Disliked: Owner told me to to “fuck my self” when Inrequested reimbursement or a new room. management lied about room availability, said they had not one room available for our stay- however booking online was not a problem.
