Disliked: Front desk staff were very unfriendly. No smiles. When I asked for extra 1hour extension it wasn't granted, despite being a level 3 booking.com customer. Breakfast was basic and refills slow. It was a rush to get food at bfast. Rooms not cleaned daily. My experience was very negative for this hotel being my 1st time in a sonesta hotel brand. Definitely not coming back

We enjoyed our stay in...

Liked: The breakfast was good, everything was good, just not exceptional. The staff were all very good.
Disliked: The hotel shows some wear and tear and could use some TLC.
