Disliked: They don't clean the room from one day to the next, it's a dirty hotel in general, the hotel hallways have a lot of trash, the rooms are old and the furniture needs maintenance. They charge you a $200 deposit that they don't inform you of until you get to the hotel, there is no water in the rooms or in the hotel if you want water you pay for it…!! The hotel is not as shown in the photographs.The maintenance staff they have is good but the reception staff is not.

Liked: Excellent location for accessing the cruise port. Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Bathroom was small and awkward. The sink was positioned in a difficult to get to spot and lighting was bad for putting in contacts. The toilet was so close to the sink we could barely sit on it let alone wipe ourselves.
