Liked: The host name Carena was truly rude. Had the worst attitude. My husband walks with a cane, so before we booked we made sure they had wheelchairs for him to get around. Once we get to the hotel to check in i asked about the wheelchair. Carena states that they don't have wheelchairs there and I would have to call a wheelchair company to deliver a wheelchair for us. I let her know that we called before we booked and a gentleman let us know that they had wheelchairs on the premises. She tells me that the gentleman didn't know what he was talking about and that there were no wheelchairs. So since we were there already (mind you my family is from Chicago) I asked her for the number to the wheelchair company she tells me she don't know it and I would need to look it up. So at this point I'm super upset. It was a lady in the office next to the front desk that informed Carena that they did have wheelchairs on the premises and to call for them to bring the wheelchair to the front. The valet person Buddy was so polite to me after witnessing Carena being so rude. We were gonna stay another night but after experiencing that we stayed for one night the beds were uncomfortable.
