Good for a couple, too...

Liked: Good location near Galleria and free onsite parking was great.
Disliked: Room oddly configured so it felt very small. Sofa bed couldn’t be used it was so uncomfortable which left one of my teenagers sleeping on the sofa. Not enough chairs for 4 occupants, bathroom door wouldn’t close and bathroom very small.

Do not stay at this...

Liked: The facilities / building is dated the furniture in living area is disgusting. Was supposed to be a two night stay. I had to leave after the first night.
Disliked: Staff was very nice.

So-so.

Liked: Breakfast was basic. Eggs were packet eggs.. nasty. Biscuits were good. That's about it. Receptionist on my last day was very helpful with storing my luggage after I checked out.
Disliked: No washer in room, no water to at least start with, when you get in from the airport late, Receptionist was on his mobile when I arrived, and stayed there for a good minite or two while i waited, then was very cold and unwelcoming. Hefty man, also saw me, a 5"4' lady struggling to put my luggage on the trolley, and just gazed at me coolly like I was bothering him. Only stayed my 2 days because they charged my card upfront
