Nice Suites. A bit hard to find if you are a newbie to the area as it is tucked way back off the street. I would stay again.

Liked: Nice amenities; good staff.
Disliked: Bit aged but not a big deal.

The facilities was very clean....

Liked: The property was well kept very clean and felt secure.
Disliked: Only the parking lot was a little dark.

Too expensive for 1 night....

Liked: I never get a chance to get breakfast because I can’t wake up early.
Disliked: The front desk stuff wan not friendly her attitude was off.

Disliked: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are 2 senior ladies and reserved the room in Sept. While driving to this hotel from Port Everglades we looked up Directions and the rate. The rate for a king suite was $129 on Dec 3. We reserved a 2 bed hotel room. Our rate was was over $200. We asked for a better rate. We booked using Booking and were told if we cancelled Booking we would be charged $50 for cancellation which seemed unfair as we intended to stay at the Sonesta Suites in Ftlauderdale. So we left the reservation as is. We were at the hotel around noon and it did not appear busy. The exterior was being painted and we did not see a sign for them anywhere. We had difficulty locating them as the sign was obstructed by tree limbs. We asked about checking in early and was told there was a $15 EARLY CHECK IN FEE!!!! THAT WAS INFURIATING. We said we would return at 4!!!!! We asked for a 1st floor room as we are handicapped and have difficulty handling luggage and walking. We arrived at 4 and were given a room on the 3 rd floor a good distance from the elevator Room 347. My friend asked what the earliest time would have been for check in without ADDITIONAL CHARGES. We were the told 2 p.m. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT. I am 80And my friend is 81. We both have difficulty walking . The girl in charge was not informative to help us. ONLY AFTER ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTION AFTERWARDS DID WE FIND OUT WHAT WOULD HAVE HELPED US! I doubt we will stay in a Sonesta again after this experience. We were charged $213 and THAT INCLUDED A $5 PARKING CHARGE!!! That was an insult as the lot was not full! And the parking was a bit disrupted from the painting going on! POOR SERVICE!
