The property seems neglected and...

Liked: The suites were large but very, very poorly maintained.
Disliked: It seems this property has been neglected and run down for some time. It was clean, but the furniture was falling apart, glass broken on the fireplace cover, the tub didn’t drain and the exterior was run down though relatively tidy. On the second day we lost water, apparently due to a water main break, and we checked out for a much nicer more centrally located hotel which had far greater amenities for the same price.

Don't use booking.com OR stay...

Liked: Location was good. Price was seemingly good, though we found out later that it wasn't worth the hassle.
Disliked: We came back to the hotel at 4pm to find a note on the door that they needed to do emergency plumbing and the water would be off from early morning until early afternoon. The water was off when we checked at 4pm. We waited hours and still no water. At 10:30pm, we went to the front desk (because we couldn't get them to answer the phone from our room) only to be told that the plumbers had left for the night - at 8pm. So for two and a half hours, they knew we wouldn't have water overnight. No one called us. No one texted us. No one emailed us. They literally knew where I was to come verbally tell me. The front desk woman was so unapologetic and dead-eyed when I was explaining the major inconvenience this was - she just told me to check out and get another hotel and they'd refund the one night. It was so late, way too late to change our hotel and they had HOURS to let us know of the issue. Every other hotel room available was 2-3x more expensive that night as it was a last minute price. We opted to stay overnight and had to drive to the gas station to use the restroom. In the morning, we spoke with the manager who offered to refund just one night. I explained that it was a medical issue for my husband and the shrinking violet of a manager told the desk attendant to refund us the whole thing and then he literally ran away from us without a second glance.By the way, Booking.com will NOT help you in this case. Don't use this terrible site. I've used them for years only to have them tell me they couldn't and wouldn't do anything here.

The facility was very nice

Liked: Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and large
Disliked: Gym was small, had to pay for parking. The log they gave us for the fireplace didn't burn well or long. The windows needed to be cleaned

Great place to stay in...

Liked: The full kitchen in the unit. The unit was well furnished with household necessities. The large dog walking area.
Disliked: The tv was placed a little too high for the location of the sofa. I got a bad crick in my neck before I realized the problem.
