Little paradise hidden away

Liked: The place is so clean. The location is great. The breakfast is good
Disliked: The late checkin. Arrived on a 17-hour flight from Addis to Dallas. Arrived at about 11 am. and couldn't check in until later. Managed to negotiate a 2.30pm check-in

Disliked: I stayed in that hotel 3-4 times previously. They placed me in probably the worst room in the complex (rm 217, Bldg A). It had an unpleasant spice smell (indian food spice), and there was no insulation between the floor above me and my floor. I heard every noise and the person above was a pacer and I heard every footstep and could not fall asleep. Had to call the front desk. In all fairness, after unpacking I requested a change in room, they did offer a room in the other bldg, but was to much trouble to repack and dealt with the odor, but the noisy room was intolerable. Funny way to show loyalty to a returning customer.
