Everything was great, rooms clean...

Liked: I like the location, how quiet it is. Rooms are clean. Stayed here multiple times.
Disliked: The $100 security deposit will get you. When I booked & paid beforehand online, it stated that the deposit was included. However, when I got there, they said it wasn’t & I had to pay 2 separate deposits for 2 rooms, so $200 total. I wasn’t prepared for that so I barely had anything for the rest of my trip.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent! We really enjoyed it! A full breakfast. The bacon was a little overcooked, but the sausage, hashbrowns and eggs were great!
Disliked: The bed was okay but not as comfortable as some hotels. Not too soft and the mattress pad was in shreds and needs to be replaced. The sheets were fine, but would prefer a more ample comforter. The couch was very hard. Would prefer a softer couch.

Liked: I liked the location. There were plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping nearby. Easy access to the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful most of the time.
Disliked: Most of the time for breakfast there was only scraps left at 7:30 to 7:45am, so I would only take a slice of bread and put whatever might be left. Crumbles of bacon a few times. Sausage twice. One day, on a Monday morning, there was only the bread box with some bread in it and the rest of the two counters were completely cleared. Of the 12 mornings I was there I had maybe 3 decent breakfasts. For the first five nights and days it was horrible, and I was ready to clear out of there. There were people just hanging out all over the complex, which is not bad in itself, but several people were just walking around at night while on their phones and there were at least two sets of tenants always sitting in their vehicles at night and at lunchtime and also in the evenings. The door to my building was always propped open by the floormat and a pungent odor of bad cannabis permeated the air as soon as I walked in then up the stairs and throughout the building. People sat on the stairs arguing with family members over their phones. Someone was able to Bluetooth their music through the third-floor speaker. I heard a couple arguing out loud several times down the hall and there seemed to always be lots of activity and loud upset people at most times of the day and night except in the mornings. I barricaded my door with my luggage and furniture and was always conscientious of my vehicle and belongings. My bathroom floor was sticky and asked for service, but didn't get it right away. The chair at the desk was stained and I put sheet over the couch to sit. Around the 5th or 6th day I was ready to make a quick move to one of the other hotels in the area but when I arrived that evening I noticed that most of the people were not there anymore. Then the next evening I noticed several police cars at the front office. The next day the facility seemed like a normal hotel. I had to use my key card to get in and the place smelled good and no music through the speaker.

Disliked: The TV didn't work and they didn't have anyone to fix itThe toilet broke and we had to wait until maintenance came in for the morning shift to fix itThey said they didn't have any other rooms because the hotel was fully booked We had to use the lobby restroom until maintenance came inBreakfast sucked! Hashbrown patties, cold diced potatoes (no onions or peppers), and turkey bacon. Why were there 2 potato options? They had bagels that we super hard. They said they didn't have eggs for the day. The juice was good and cold! It was pretty clean for it to be a pet friendly hotelI feel like they could've done better!
