Liked: The front desk was very friendly when I arrived at night. The kitchen lady was very polite and helpful.
Disliked: The refrigerator in my room stopped working on the second day of my stay, causing our homemade and restaurants food to spoil and all frozen items to melt. I reported the issue, but no one followed up with me after 3 days. When I called to ask what to do on the 4th, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, and I was unable to reach the manager. I’m unsure of how to proceed with my complaint. The coffee maker did not work either.Update on 11/15I received an email from Skylar Smallwood, the assistant general manager of the hotel on Oct 8th. Here is the email; "In light of your dissatisfaction, I would like to offer you a refund for one night of your stay. Since your reservation was not made directly through our hotel, I kindly ask that you contact Booking.com to inform them that I have authorized a refund for you. They will then reach out to us for confirmation." However, Despite multiple attempts, neither Booking.com nor I have been able to reach the hotel after more than one month. Thus, never receive the refund nor any response.

Pleasant

Liked: Perfectly suitable place to stay for visiting Dallas. Clean and functional. The room was spacious, clean, and well furnished. The full breakfast was fine.
Disliked: Didn't appreciate being charged $10/day for parking in a completely empty parking lot!

Liked: Nice spacious property, clean and comfortable, easily accessible, friendly staff, breakfast was satisfying
Disliked: A 5 day stay cleaning crew didn’t stop by once to replace towels or take the trash. Was too busy to get a request in. But would have been better if they replenished every-other day, but very friendly and I’m sure they would have stopped by on request.

Liked: Check in was easy, front desk attendant was helpful.
Disliked: The area is a little sketchy. Just stay aware when walking around at night. The hotel itself is decent, and the grounds were quiet at night.

Liked: It felt more like an apartment but quiet.
Disliked: The parking fee per night. Seems to me a hidden fee. 10.00 per night is ridiculous!
