Liked: Great staff
Disliked: Room smelled awful, no extra towels, no soap at all, and we went to the front desk and they didn’t have any either.

It’s just ok

Liked: The location was decent. The staff was nice
Disliked: There were no cups for breakfast. Didn’t like the 1 elevator. Also we didn’t receive new towels

I would not return and...

Liked: I spent 11 nights at the Sonesta hotel, I requested a 3 day extension the agents refused to grant it, my sheets were never exchanged
Disliked: What I didn't like, the manager has no consideration for others, he doesn't have time to listen

Liked: Good location for our 95th church convention
Disliked: Roaches was in the refrigerator And I didn’t know Oh, you have to bring You’re dirty towels to the Front front desk in exchange for clean towels and the trash was just filthy all over outside what’s going on with the trash Dumpster it didn’t look like it’s been emptied out all of three nights that I was there and my party the roaches in the the fridge and outside the trash cans and the concrete was dirty but other than that Customer service good But I won’t be back there again until something is done with those to mention For next year, our convention in September 2025

I hated it

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the property, but the worker.
Disliked: The property is not clean. My tv was broke in my room and I didn’t get the room I booked

Disliked: The microwave did not work and their were cockroaches of all sizes in the room.
