Disappointing

Liked: The base of the place was clean. Living rm. Bedrm kitchen
Disliked: Mold all in shower , bathroom was dirty. You can see the workers care but it's not enough. Trash can overflowing. Old dirt everywhere in room. No blankets for couch bed..it's needs detail work

Liked: The room design and space was nice and generous in size.
Disliked: A few things could have been better with the suite. Cleanliness because the suite was sightly dirty and unkept with a smell in the room. Also there was thick dust dust through out.I ice was left in the sink not drained or melted. However, on a scale of one to I 0 I will still give them a 7 because the location and how they handled the extension issue with professional and helpful approach.

Disliked: Booked a room. When I arrived, they said there was nothing avaliable. There was also a sign in the door saying the lobby was closed for 3 days. I stayed in my car for a night after travel due to a hotel shortage.

Disliked: it was just terrible the service the receptionist cussed at us and stuff. We got locked out at the hotel at like 3aam

Liked: Nothing mold everywhere inside the room spider inside the room smelled like mildew and visible mold on couches

Liked: It was a good location for why I was there.
Disliked: It was just tired. Not overly dirty but not exactly clean.
