The price and pictures indicated...

Liked: Location was excellent.Room layout (with loft area) was good.Having the kitchen was nice (although unusable, see below).
Disliked: Where do I start? Kitchen did not have enough plates, glasses, silverware, utensils to be useful. Not even a coffee maker.No fresh towels during the stay (yes, they were available at the desk but you had to get them when the desk was open)Previous tenant's dog had trashed the bathroom door and room furniture.Very few channels available on TV, certainly not premium.Overhead light not working, several switches that controlled nothing.Car in the parking lot with 2 flat tires all week (never a good sign).Carpet was filthy

Wonderful stay

Liked: By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Very clean,spacious rooms,wonderful staff , Highly recommended!

Poor

Disliked: Room was dirty. Mysterious substance on curtains. Either mold growth or something splattered across. Furnace kept ticking and making scary noises.

Liked: Perfectly located, close to our in-area family activities.

The staff was pleasant, but...

Liked: Convenient location-close to relatives & shopping.
Disliked: The property description was misleading-the 2 bed, 2 bath loft suite was not listed on the second floor w/o an elevator. It was inaccessible for my 93 year old aunt & my cousin with a heart condition. We needed to move to a 2 bed, 1 bath room that rented at a much lower rate. I was not reimbursed the difference.

Good stay but disappointed in...

Liked: room was spacious with all basic amenities including cookware and coffee pot.
Disliked: booked a fireplace suit and was given room without fireplace. when I went to the desk to complain they said all fireplaces weren't working. very disappointing as that was the main reason I booked here to start.

For the most part it...

Liked: We come to visit my brother in law who is in a nursing home there and the location is very convenient. For the most part the facilities are pretty quiet. Front desk help is always helpful and polite, cleaning crews we have run into are always very nice.
Disliked: The carpets in the last 2 units were very dirty, more than just normal wear, could use a good deep cleaning for sure. Last visit there was also a lot of police activity which is not very reassuring of a good place.

Decent enough for one night...

Liked: Comfortable bed, safe, and great location
Disliked: When I first arrived, the lady at the desk said there was free water, but they had no cups. In the morning, the situation was the same. She told me all the bottom floor units were booked, which I did not believe. I was put on the second floor of building 6 where I had to lug my heavy luggage up steps with no light, and it seemed dangerous (could have fallen). Room 621 smelled. There was a dry used washcloth left on top of the shower curtain. No hair dryer and coffee maker was dirty and gross. For one might, it was bearable.
