Loved my stay

Liked: I loved the feeling it gave of being at home the accessibility it has to food and shopping.
Disliked: Can’t say I have anything bad to say

Exceptional

Liked: Nice and roomy for our family!
Disliked: The tvs and internet were down the whole time we stayed which didn’t go over well with our girls.

Disappointing

Liked: Cheap
Disliked: Outdated and not comfortable

Liked: The room was very nice.
Disliked: The sliding door had too much cold air coming from it.

The price and pictures indicated...

Liked: Location was excellent.Room layout (with loft area) was good.Having the kitchen was nice (although unusable, see below).
Disliked: Where do I start? Kitchen did not have enough plates, glasses, silverware, utensils to be useful. Not even a coffee maker.No fresh towels during the stay (yes, they were available at the desk but you had to get them when the desk was open)Previous tenant's dog had trashed the bathroom door and room furniture.Very few channels available on TV, certainly not premium.Overhead light not working, several switches that controlled nothing.Car in the parking lot with 2 flat tires all week (never a good sign).Carpet was filthy

Wonderful stay

Liked: By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Very clean,spacious rooms,wonderful staff , Highly recommended!

Poor

Disliked: Room was dirty. Mysterious substance on curtains. Either mold growth or something splattered across. Furnace kept ticking and making scary noises.

Great value and comfortable.

Liked: Perfectly located, close to our in-area family activities.

The staff was pleasant, but...

Liked: Convenient location-close to relatives & shopping.
Disliked: The property description was misleading-the 2 bed, 2 bath loft suite was not listed on the second floor w/o an elevator. It was inaccessible for my 93 year old aunt & my cousin with a heart condition. We needed to move to a 2 bed, 1 bath room that rented at a much lower rate. I was not reimbursed the difference.
