Was not impressed. I will attach photos and video. 59 minutes before my show the general manager says to desk clerk, tell her she can have her money back. On 2 rooms b4 my show. Wow. No compassion. I asked for a new room due to following and again pictures and video to accompany. Kicked in door with 2 screws holding lock on, not safe as I stated. Dishes in dishwasher, I don't work there to clean and put dishes away. Finger prints and sticky stuff on end table and TV. 6 inch yellow circle on bed, yeah. Which I had to strip and change myself as no one could bring it. Cob webs everwhere. Heater room open. You have an internal leak in the walls which allows water damage and big drops of paint filled with water. Shower curtain hanging on by rachet screws. Partying in the parking lot. Smoking weed in the halls or it was just that trifling of a smell. I complained like 6 times with no empathy. Complained face to face, perfectly brainwashed answers with no compassion or integrity for people wanting a safe place away from home. Do better!

Absolutely terrible and not safe!

Liked: The location and how close it was to the IX Center.
Disliked: When we first checked into room 622 there was someone else in the room. We returned to the front desk and told the agent, and she seemed dumfounded. Then we received keys for 1122 and drove to that building. Upon entering that building we found a letter tapped to the door about the city turning the water off. Went inside to find the room completely dismantled and beds not even made up. We went back down to the front desk and told the desk clerk. She said sometimes we forget the signs on the doors, did you at least go into the room? Almost as if to state we were lying. Yes, we went into the room. I said we found the couch flipped, beds stripped, and garbage by the nightstands. Finally, she moved us to a new room after two bad experiences. Moved the vehicle for the second time to enter room 422. When going into the room the lights were all on. No problem room was clean, and dining chairs were up on the table. Thats when I decided to walk around. The furnace cover was not on covering the furnace and you could reach your hand into the furnace and get burnt if you would have had a child. The cleanliness was less than superb. Not to mention upstairs was an entirely different feeling. The floor had a ton of soft spots around the bed. The bathroom is a complete joke the ceiling in the tub is cracking, and oh not to mention when you sit on the toilet you hear the floor crack beneath you. The toilet leans and upon further investigation the floor is cracked under the toilet, which could cause a major safety concern. I will be reaching out to booking.com with photos of my stay and the concerns I have for this property.

Disliked: It advertised a sofa bed however, the sofa bed did not have any sheets, covers, pillows, or anything to it. We had go all the way to the front desk, just to be told that they did not have sheets and stuff for the sofa bed. so advertise that you have a sofa bed. The fire alarm kept going off, the building did not have a working cart for your luggage, the one that was there the wheels were broken, we had a lug all the luggage by hand in addition to not having a working elevator. When we arrived, there were people mopping the floors., we asked them about a cart, that is when we were told that the wheels were broken, and they suggested that we walk all the way to the front and bring one back, our room was located in the furthest brick building in the back. This place did not have the basic necessities that you would think a hotel will have.
