Booked a room on 8/25/14 for a concert on 10/18/14. Called twice that day to confirm my reservation since I booked so far in advance. We showed up to check into the hotel a half an hour before we had to be at the show, only for the front desk to tell me the hotel was full and that they did not have a room for us to stay in. They offered us a room 20 miles away - I told them that was not going to work because we were out of town and had not only booked in advance, but called twice that day to confirm. They could not tell me why someone didn't mention this issue during the two prior calls that day. They ended up finding us a room next door and it worked out OK, but it took them almost 25 minutes to rectify the situation and we were late for the concert. Overall they did fix the issue but am not satisfied with the lack of communication, and the fact I watched them check in three additional customers after they told us they were at capacity.

Liked: Location. Very spacious rooms with a proper kitchen.
Disliked: Huge queues for breakfast and lifts. Poor choice of food.

Liked: the location of the hotel was ideal. the room size was okay, but the breakfast quality was poor. same breakfast on daily basis in 15days stay.
Disliked: the hotel staff are cheater, frauds and etc. i booked my hotel for 31 nights with free cancellation terms and conditions. Due to some personnel emergency i told the hotel staff that i would like to checkout early, then they told me that you should talk with booking.com, so i talked with booking.com and they inform the hotel staff name miss Riza and she told me that you should pay 107usd penalty fee for early checkout and i accept it, but the main point is that when i was checkout on 6th January 2025 and just reached at airport i got a email that my credit card was charged for 1000usd on January 2025 and on 8th January 2025 again card was charged for 500usd. i complained about all these transactions to booking.com and still my case was pending. the hotel didn't accepted booking.com booking rates for per night. totally fraud hotel. i never recommended anyone to stay in this hotel. this hotel should be blacklisted otherwise; this will severely effect the image of booking.com too.
