Booked a room on 8/25/14 for a concert on 10/18/14. Called twice that day to confirm my reservation since I booked so far in advance. We showed up to check into the hotel a half an hour before we had to be at the show, only for the front desk to tell me the hotel was full and that they did not have a room for us to stay in. They offered us a room 20 miles away - I told them that was not going to work because we were out of town and had not only booked in advance, but called twice that day to confirm. They could not tell me why someone didn't mention this issue during the two prior calls that day. They ended up finding us a room next door and it worked out OK, but it took them almost 25 minutes to rectify the situation and we were late for the concert. Overall they did fix the issue but am not satisfied with the lack of communication, and the fact I watched them check in three additional customers after they told us they were at capacity.

Bad services!

Liked: Beautiful spacious room. Very convenient location, nice quiet area.
Disliked: The staff is not friendly, they work on a machine. All requests took a long time to be resolved. Breakfasts are monotonous (if you stay for a day or two, it's fine). They cleaned the room themselves, during the 5 days of stay, no cleaning, only once they took out the trash! The service is very negative, although the hotel itself and the condition of the hotel are good!
