Booked a room on 8/25/14 for a concert on 10/18/14. Called twice that day to confirm my reservation since I booked so far in advance. We showed up to check into the hotel a half an hour before we had to be at the show, only for the front desk to tell me the hotel was full and that they did not have a room for us to stay in. They offered us a room 20 miles away - I told them that was not going to work because we were out of town and had not only booked in advance, but called twice that day to confirm. They could not tell me why someone didn't mention this issue during the two prior calls that day. They ended up finding us a room next door and it worked out OK, but it took them almost 25 minutes to rectify the situation and we were late for the concert. Overall they did fix the issue but am not satisfied with the lack of communication, and the fact I watched them check in three additional customers after they told us they were at capacity.

Friendly, comfortable, home feeling and...

Liked: the size of the room with the kitchenette gives a home feeling, the view was nice - looking at older red brick stone buildings which I like.
Disliked: The wifi sometimes triggered my computer not to open certain websites due to security protocols. This went away later but was related to the wifi in the room.

Amazing place for a weekend.

Liked: It was a great location.Huge rooms, which is awesome. We requested an extra bed sheet and they brought it pretty fast. Free coffee downstairs, in lobby.
Disliked: There weren’t soap, mattress very plush. My back was hurt a lot.
