We booked the room because it was close to the concert of Paul McCartney. I must say we were absolutlely and completely satisfied with the room we had stayed in. The convenience of the walk to and back from the concert was an additional bonus. Being able to obtain dinner and breakfast was so much appreciated and saved us time trying to find a restaurant. I give this room and the friendly people two thumbs up and hope to be able to stay there again someday.

We decided to stay here because it was within walking distance to the John Paul Jones Arena. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was one of the best we have stayed in and their idea of Continental Breakfast is beyond any experience we have had the opportunity to be a part of. We would recommend this Inn to everyone. We will definitely be back.

Liked: Front desk staff were irritable and spent more time complaining to each other than speaking to me, the client. We had an overflowing trashcan in kitchen area of our room from prior guest. Phoned the front desk to notify them that I moved the can out to hallway. It was not emptied for another 24 hours.

Extremely DISAPPOINTING

Liked: The location and set up of the room was perfect for what we needed.
Disliked: Our air conditioning didn't work and for an extended stay hotel, the kitchen lacked things like a baking sheet, and utensils which we had to ask for. Then when we asked for the items, the staff was not very helpful or friendly. For the amount of money we paid for this hotel it was extremely disappointing. I would NOT recommend.

Liked: I liked that the unit had a kitchenette, but it wasn’t well-appointed with supplies. Two dishes, two sets of utensils, one frying pan to cook with.
Disliked: The decor was tired and dated. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. The other side of the building wasn’t easily accessible by elevator. Had to climb multiple sets of stairs.
