Disliked: Cleaning was very poor, found food crumbs on the floor, the carpet was very dirty and old, same for the couch.Amenities were very poor and outdated.Body wash was not available, asked a cleaner for a refill (apparently she didn’t understand English), body wash was refilled with a conditioner.Water was leaking from the sprinkler when we were leaving the room. Called the reception to inform them and a maintenance worker was sent. Don’t know how it ended since we were checking out.Breakfast was horrible.It was a nightmare, a terrible experience.

Overall the stay was okay....

Liked: I like how the hotel suite felt like a miniature apartment. I love the cleanliness.
Disliked: There were several things I didn’t like. I didn’t like how we had to “self replace” our towels and rags for fresh clean ones. I didn’t like that the fitness room was so small. I didn’t like the small breakfast options. There were no bacon, waffles/pancakes and we were no aloud to take our food back upstairs to our rooms (yet they offered “room service”. On our first night there, the fire alarm went off and boy was it loud. We had to evacuate the building and wait for the firefighters. Lastly, I didn’t like how creaky the floor boards were. We could hear people on the 3rd floor walking heavily across the floors.

Liked: From the receptionist to the cleaning personnel it was fantastic. Their courteous attitude was really amazing. The place was like a paradise. I already recommended it to some friends.
Disliked: maybe the parking spaces were kind of small. Honestly, my son and I did not expect that much of the place when we entered the parking lot after a terrible night in a different hotel.
