Not bad but could have...

Liked: Location was great, I like that it was quiet. The room was fair and I like that the suite had a full kitchen. Was able to cook and not eat fast food I like that.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the front desk staff lied to me. My god mother came to visit and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, myself and my spouse stayed there as well. When she was leaving we requested to extend our stay for 2 more days because we enjoyed the room more then we thought we would. The front desk lady I believe it was Maria told us it was booked out. I found that hard to believe because I was there for 2 days already and it seemed to be rooms available. So we called back just to make sure she wasn’t saying the type of room was booked out and she said no there are no rooms available. So I get online cause I found that to be odd and booked the same type of room. Not only was it 5 available according to online but, I got put in the same room they wouldn’t let me stay in earlier that day when I requested to extend our stay. We had to move all of our food, clothes and stuff out only to be put back in the room later. All this and my wife just had a baby it was very disappointing to be lied to like that. To make it worse I woke up and requested a late check out and Maria told me it was booked out and they couldn’t do a late checkout I confirmed one more time that they couldn’t and asked to speak to the manager when they came in. Went back to my room and waited. Got a call back later and I was offered a noon check which I appreciated it. By then the damage was done, I had already got online again and saw it was a couple room available. I’m not sure what the deal is with the lying about availability but it completely ruined my experience for me. I’d definitely be skeptical about staying at this location. Lying about availability is extremely annoying and unprofessional. Had it not been for the lying my experience would have been much better. But after she lied twice I was through.

Liked: it's located in a convenient place and plaza, and close to shopping stores. only 25min driving to all famous places in San Diego including Lego land, Safari Zoo, Seaworld and downtown San Diego.
Disliked: Their housekeeping policy is once every 7 days. We stayed there for 6 days and requested housekeeping twice, but they never showed up. As a result, we had to go to the front desk to get new towels ourselves.

We liked our stay overall
