Wonderful!

Liked: Everyone was friendly and courteous. Checking in and out was fast. Will definitely use Sonesta again! Staff made sure that we had everything that we needed.

We went home instead

Liked: The front desk was very friendly and a joy to deal with
Disliked: The room was missing panels that left crawl spaces exposed, it was dirty and showed signs of habitual poor cleaning (large dust build up on top of the fridge), and the grounds had broken glass and needle caps around our walkway.

Disliked: Carpet floors, could see all the stains from previous visitors.. made it gross

Not happy after the last...

Liked: The fact that the room had 2 beds downstairs and the one upstairs, was great for a bigger family. But there was a lot of things I was not happy about. Which sucks because I did like this hotel up until this last stay.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned. Found broken glass on the floor, and food was found. Then, both showers had no conditioner or body wash. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Also the pool we couldn't go in when it opened at 10am because they decided to barley shock it, so my kids weren't able to even enjoy the pool which is the main reason we went there. This place was one of the best a year ago, but now I wouldn't recommend it. Very disappointing. The pool should have been shocked in the middle of the night since it closed at 10 pm and didn't open until 10 am. So there was no need for them to shock it right as it opened so that no one could go enjoy it. When you have kids, having a pool at the hotel is a main thing. Honestly, I don't know if we will be back. Especially after finding glass in the kitchen to our loft room that my dog found. Thankfully, he didn't eat it. Would love to talk to a manager about this. I was supposed to be contacted, yet almost 2 weeks later, I have yet to. So I've decided to write this review instead! It sucks that good hotels end up becoming crappy all because the staff doesn't do what they should and when they should! Also, the door upstairs to the loft bathroom was all clawed from, I assume, a dog prior. Also, the bathtub had a brown colored stain on the bottom that couldn't be cleaned. I'm not sure what it was from. So on top of there being no conditioner or body wash, I couldn't even enjoy a bath. I'm really not happy about any of this. It's rare that I make complaints, so the fact I was ignored about my concerns has led me to write this review!

Loft space is family friendly

Liked: It’s convenient and the loft space is perfect for ski vacation with our family
Disliked: A relative booked a smaller room and it was junkie and messy and small and not kept up well at all. He had a very poor experience due to the dirty small room

Liked: The staff was excellent and it wasn’t their fault the hotel is filthy, they were nothing but nice and apologetic.
Disliked: Floors were dirty, first room had ants from unclean food, we were moved to another room, also had ants. Moved a third time

Disliked: Our king size room was small than the queen size bed. We didn't have a fireplace either
