The room was comfortable as...

Liked: The staff was understanding about our displeasure of the construction going on during out stay, but did not offer any kind of discount on the room. The were accommodating when towels, coffee and sugar were requested.
Disliked: They could tell we were very disappointed in the breakfast room not being available. They offered a breakfast in a bag, but it was not very healthy. The elevator was being used by the construction crew and it was very dirty. We were not offered any discount in our rate due to the construction and their website as well as the booking.com site did not say anything about construction. It did say the fitness center would be unavailable. It was very noisy during the day as well.

Disliked: The smell of weed from neighbouring rooms, lack of room service, breakfast hours were very limited..it was advertised as within walking distance to the Domain which is not quite correct.. walking along a very busy road with a family is not ideal.

Liked: The location was convenient for the conference I was attending.
Disliked: The early check in was not honored. The constant construction. Rooms didn't have any water for several hours. Was not told that the hotel was being renovated at time of reservation.
