Had no idea what to expect, first time in town - went to Crofoot to see Father John Misty. I was completely blown away by the wonderful hotel and staff. Everything was spotless; the room was very comfortable (even the sofa bed); pillows the very best. The staff was friendly and helpful - providing directions, pizza delivery number, and just being nice to talk to. The lady serving breakfast let us early birds start eating right away, instead of making us wait - was nice to see someone giving 110%.

Nice hotel but definite room...

Liked: Free coffee available 24/7 and friendly staff. The property was very cosy especially the communal dining area. Wifi was good as was the housekeeping service upon request.
Disliked: We were given the room keys upon check in and to our surprise opened the door to a room which was a building site/being cleaned by housekeeping. Went down to inform reception and they had no idea why the room hadn’t been cleaned and why it looked like someone had broken in. Reception staff kindly offered us a new room.The fire alarm went off by accident at 5/6am on our first nights stay and reception staff were unable to switch it off for a good half hour.Breakfast was okay but there were not many options and the same items were offered every single day which got boring. Decor is outdated and heating system in room is noisy which makes it difficult to sleep. Shower gel and hair conditioner bottles were empty throughout our stay despite it being ‘complimentary’ and was never filled during the 6 days we stayed at the hotel. The freezer in the kitchenette made a very loud noise intermittently. This was supposedly fixed but the problem occured everyday during our stay.
