Liked: I have stayed here many times before because of the location and it being pet friendly.
Disliked: It smelled, many things were broken and or just run down. The property has definitely taken a beating from guests. It’s a shame.

Liked: We love the location of this hotel. We stay in this hotel the same weekend every year for a family trip, but never again!
Disliked: We had a really negative experience. The suite was very dirty - melted old food in the freezer and on the faucet and in the floor, the sofa was very, very stained and moldy, the refrigerator did not work and the sink was stopped up. Have a multitude of photos. Feel like Housekeeping just moved dirt around when "cleaned" the room. Left immediately. Not staying here after many years ever again. Much better property when was a Staybridge.

Liked: The location and the staff were very friendly
Disliked: The room smelled like animal urine, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the phones in the room didn’t work, and the carpet was tore up in the room.

Liked: Breakfast was good! The room had a lot of space! The bed was comfortable!
Disliked: I wish the room were cleaned at least once during my stay.I am clean person and I kept the room, bathroom and kitchen clean.

Disliked: Their coffee was horrible! There’s $75 charge for the dog!

Liked: The establishment is in a great location with friendly staff. It's close to lots of great restaurants and retail shopping. We loved it.
Disliked: The dryer was broken in the laundry room. Breakfast time is from 7 to 9 AM which seems a bit too short. Room service could be a little frequent.
