Liked: Breakfast was good. They also responded to my emails (which were more straightforward answers than info in person at the reception.) Also, I could adjust my room temperature to the temperature that I wanted.
Disliked: Before booking, I called the hotel about early check-in and was advised - sure, come by - no mention of any extra charges. However. emails received from hotel after booking provided for a parking fee of $6 and early check-in fee of $15. When questioned hotel reservations on their phone #, they advised me that $6 parking, although not mentioned in my reservation, is mentioned in ‘hotel facilities’. Upon arrival, I refused to pay this because it is hidden text and the hotel waved it. Upon arrival I also questioned $15 early check given that I was advised on the phone to book early and there was no mention of any extra charges. So they waved this also. All such communication with hotel made me feel they were trying to build in extra charges, which were not disclosed during the time of booking.Additionally, upon arrival, hotel charged $100 on my credit card for each 2-days mid week reservation (so $200 in total) as I booked two reservations, one of which was cancelled. Such charges were contrary to hotel’s own message that it’s $25 per day mid week. When questioned the hotel, the hotel told me that they have no responsibility for the information contained in messages conveyed by Booking.com. However, this is incorrect as such emails are simply conveyed by Booking.com, but messages are actually from the hotel. I questioned it with Booking.com and they advised me that such charges were not as per terms of my reservation. So this does not seem proper or honest to me at all.The stairs to the second floor in Building A were really dirty with a lot of garbage for two days while I was there. No one vacuumed such carpet on the stairs.

Disliked: We had baby roaches in our room and we had wet carpet and we didn’t get any notice beforehand that they were shampooing the floors. The staff didn’t attempt to accommodate the problem my mother has a weak immune system and was worrying so much of getting pneumonia that we couldn’t enjoy out stay . They staff told us they left a note about the carpet being shampooed but we didn’t get it. The roaches probably came out due to the wetness of the floors I spent a lot of money for a two bedrooms place to be disgusted with bugs. Very disappointed. That was the first time I ever rented from the property.
