Property doesn’t fit the brand

Liked: It’s in a nice area but it appears it’s also an apt building (long) term stay. Walking in the room to large palmetto roaches were there and ants on the pillow. I reported this to the manager and He moved us and left snacks in the room. The new room had a faja hanging on the fire place and a wasp (alive ) on the ceiling. Manage said he did a walk through before moving us. How did he not see them. Staff is nice but sketchy staying there, school but letting of kids there . Glad I was only there for work and 1 night

Disliked: Breakfast could have had a better variety for the 2 weeks I paid for. A lot a queen bees around my room area, hated that. I found 3 roaches in my room as well. Bring your own clean products please

Horrible experience with checking In...

Disliked: Iris is a nasty, hateful and miserable women. She thrives on negativity and being nasty to customers. I emailed the property manager Jose who did not respond to my email or video I sent him whit her being disgusting towards customers. I read all the reviews after she went off on my husband and myself. All of the reviews were consistent to what we experienced and some that were worse. The hotel rooms tanked and the curtains looked and felt disgusting. Not to mention the difficult time we had with her when we checked in. Iris get help soon!

I would definitely recommend this...

Liked: It was very nice and clean. The staff were very polite.
