Love this hotel. Good value,...

Liked: It was a good breakfast but prefer better quality! Fake eggs and thin bacon but normal for hotel I guess!
Disliked: Bacon and eggs better quality.

My family week in Anaheim

Liked: The hotel is well located not far from DisneyIn a safe environment. The checking was fine, and the staff was ready to help.The breakfast was good we enjoyed it.It's good for families who want to have time at Disney and be cooking by themselves to save some money.
Disliked: The cleaning service was bad. We did a week, but not a single day our room was cleaned up. The towel never changed. I don't know if we were supposed to ask for that , but in a normal hotel, it's done naturally. And also for international visitor no USB plug to charge whatever you you want charge.

Liked: The cosy entrance with open fireplace, the large pool area and very friendly front reception staff.
Disliked: Our suite seemed to smell quite musty on arrival and the curtains seemed to have some stains on them at the bottom edges. We were grateful that the bedroom windows opened right up so we could air them out when we were out for the day. The spa bubble dial didn’t seem to work but it was a great temperature. The plugs also seemed to get jammed often so they must be an ill-fitting design.

Liked: they had a jacuzzi and free breakfast
Disliked: Our room was so close to the freeway and it was so loud. Our AC did not work either. We put it to 50 and it never cooled the room, the temperature actually went up to 74!! Also did not like the fact that we had a reservation for Friday-Sunday but did not get to the hotel until about 3am Saturday and we still had to pay for parking for Friday, even though the day was over… 28 each day!!!
