Liked: Clean and comfortable. I like the carpeting and not going the linoleum trend. Convenient. Nice staff. Easy parking. Love that you accept pets of any size. Good areas to walk them. This is very important to me. I've stayed here before and certainly would again.
Disliked: Room was a little dated, but overall good. More importantly, it was clean and safe. Breakfast wasn't very good, but what US chain is?

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating especially Dominique. The room was awesome exactly what we needed very comfortable. Location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping stores.
Disliked: The carpet and couch was dirty.

The place is unclean and...

Disliked: The place is extremely dirty. The carpets have stains all over them. There were pee stains on the back of the bathroom door and on the floor by the toilet. Stains on the curtains and pullout mattress. The whole place was disgusting. I would NEVER stay at a Sonesta again! It wasn’t wroth even half of what we paid.
