The place is unclean and...

Disliked: The place is extremely dirty. The carpets have stains all over them. There were pee stains on the back of the bathroom door and on the floor by the toilet. Stains on the curtains and pullout mattress. The whole place was disgusting. I would NEVER stay at a Sonesta again! It wasn’t wroth even half of what we paid.

Disliked: They messed up my card and payment for about an hour.. Took the $250 security deposit and then said they didn’t receive it
