Liked: Great facility, used laundry room and hot tubs. Staff was involved in calming down rough playing by teenagers in the pool to make it more relaxing for all.

Disliked: I booked my room on your website I paid for the room and at the end he said that I didn't have to pay anything else however when I got there I had to pay an additional $150 for the room the parking was $25 a night they wanted $9 for a bottle of water this was horrible who wants to spend almost $1,000 for 3 days that makes no sense to me I couldn't even get towels for the next day unless I requested them the day before are you serious not sure if I would ever book again on booking.com for a room they're telling me that I don't have to pay anything and then when I get there luckily I have the money but it's put me in a compromising position because they want their money now but I don't get mine for another week very sad

Disliked: The breakfast was good for one day. But, the lack of variety made several days of breakfasting less pleasant.

My stay was ok

Disliked: I didn’t like that the staff was accommodating. I paired for two beds and only got one I was suppose to have e a bay view and didn’t receive that either. When I asked about these things I was told well at least you’re not being charged for it I had to share a bed and I refused to sleep on a couch bed that’s not what I paid for. I asked for a new set of towels they told me they were out of towels the toilet kept clogging. I just didn’t enjoy my stay it was ok. I def wouldn’t return.
