Liked: Comfy bed; great customer service!
Disliked: Mold on bathroom tiles; room smelled like smoke; A/C unit would not shut off.

Liked: Everything was wonderful - staff was absolutely some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced.

Liked: The location is very close to where I wanted to be.
Disliked: I had to pay for parking and the fee is very high.

I'll share a few words...

Liked: So helpful. Down to earth. Close to the 16th street mall Denver Pavilion entrance. We easily walked almost 20 miles back & forth between all the food and stores and buildings to see & our hotel room. Only drive twice lol over our four days there!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Disliked: The air condition is still a bit loud.

Disliked: The staff were all a bit rude. No customer service effort. No help with luggage
