Liked: Everything was wonderful - staff was absolutely some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced.

Disliked: $200 deposit with plastic glasses and paper cups. I will not do hotel Business through Booking.Com again. The quoted prices are a lie.

Would have been better if...

Liked: Room was clean and toilets are ok
Disliked: The hotel charges the credit card twice the amount and makes an excuse that it was a mistake but they deliberately do it as I was checking out, another customer was complaining of the same issue. They seem to use the funds and refunds after few days. It is not helpful for us travellers who are on a budget, I maxxed out my card due to the double charge and I have not received my refund straightaway, it caused me so much grief as my spending money was consumed uneccessarily by their means of double charging. Please TAKE ACTION!! This is not fair for us customers from overseas

We had a nice stay...

Liked: The breakfast was good. We thought it was comped with a voucher each night but I think we were mistaken. Total price after stay was a lot more than quoted on booking site.
Disliked: The total price. There must've been hidden fees and taxes.
