Great hotel that was clean; friendly staff; very convenient to all the entertainment on our trip; I will book again.

Liked: When they say they are pet friendly, they mean it. Your pet gets a real welcome and so do you. The staff were all so friendly and pleasant no matter what time of the day, and the room was beautiful! The balcony is a plus and the view of the city at night is the cutest!

Disliked: I booked here for the in door pool. Upon check in found out pool was closed. During our first night some one tried to enter our room. Which was very scary. I asked about it at the front desk the next morning. It was security that tried to enter our room. Found out that at check in there had been a mix up and we were checked in under the wrong reservation. I was charged a no show fee which was $100 more than the rate I was quoted online. They apologize repeatedly and fixed the payment issue. I was given a $50 credit. It was very scary knowing someone tried to come into our room during the night. It was me and my 12 year old daughter.

Liked: Very centrally located to everything. Especially close to the airport. Very comfortable and clean.

Liked: The pool was under repair but not noted on booking
Disliked: Items left in room were unable to be retrieved the next day. Front desk said they had no way to connect to housekeeping. I had to go through a website and place a request and wait for response.
