Great hotel that was clean; friendly staff; very convenient to all the entertainment on our trip; I will book again.

Liked: We stayed due to early flight. Hotel is very nice. King room with balcony is nice to have.
Disliked: Actually nothing was not to like.

Great hotel for a quick...

Liked: The check in was very easy and the room was clean and comfortable. I was really happy that I was able to leave my car there for the duration of my weekend trip and it was safe. Also offering a free shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient
Disliked: While the shuttle was super convenient, matching up the timing was a bit off. Just make sure you are ready and at the pickup spot when you call for the shuttle or you might miss it

Liked: Lobby was very nice, everything else seemed dirty.
Disliked: No breakfast, pool was closed, had to pay for parking.

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: They charge $14 a night for parking in their giant empty parking lot. The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains all over the furniture, floor, and ceiling. The floor had not been vacuumed. Apart from the cleanliness, the room was in complete disarray. Scotch tape all over the wall, outlets hanging out, none of the lights plugged in, tiles falling off in the bathroom/shower, and previous guest's trash under the bed are just a few things to expect when you book this hotel. A rancid smell permeates the room. The guest all look like drug addicts and smell like marijuana. This hotel truly makes you feel like you are in the most ghetto Myrtle Beach hotel ever. Normally if I check into a hotel and it has not been cleaned very well I just request a room change and all is good. Mistakes happen sometimes. The state this room was in was so appalling that I could not justify asking for a room change and instead decided to book at another hotel. Charlotte is full of hotels so this is not hard. If anyone is looking at booking this hotel go ahead and do yourself a favor and don't. The Hyatt 3 miles away was magnificently clean for only a little more money.
