Great hotel that was clean; friendly staff; very convenient to all the entertainment on our trip; I will book again.
Liked: Nice rooms; friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

The staff was great, but...
Liked: I liked the location and the staff was very kind and helpful which I appreciate. The parking lot is very close which is also nice not to have to walk far.
Disliked: (I want to start by saying I never told any of the staff. I was only there one night so I didn't think it was worth it to bother anybody) My room was definitely not clean. The carpet is dirty, the desk had crumbs, the shower had hair stuck to it, and the sink was pretty dusty. Also there was a terrible skunky smell coming from the air conditioner all night. I chose a higher rated hotel to spoil myself a little and I feel like I stayed in a motel for $200.

Disappointing
Disliked: The bathroom sink was leaking every time I flushed the toilet water, and it was also coming from the toilet . There weren't enough sugar packets for the tea and coffee that was in the room.

Overall poor experience for me,...
Liked: The staff was nice, the place was clean.
Disliked: The pool was closed and we were unaware of that.Pool side view room was a very small glance to the left of the patio of our room. Was also not informed that I had to cancel my booking with booking.com. I went to check out 5 minutes after checking in for the two nights that I had booked, because I was unhappy with the beds, paid parking, the “pool side view” and that the pool was closed. These were the main reasons that I booked here for me and my roofing team for work near charlotte.I went to check out and the deck attendant said that I was “all good” and sorry that it wasn’t to our liking.But she did not tell me that I still had a room booked for the next night and that I would have to contact booking.com in order to cancel on time. I was charged for 2 rooms the second night. I called and they said that it’s not their job to inform me of my contract details when booking through booking.com.I understand that, but it’s called customer service, and 9/10 people don’t know that and don’t read the fine print. I think letting the customer know this type of information is good customer service. Not necessarily their job but it’s the difference between good service and bad.If it was their money, it would be different and more personal to them. But it’s a business, and businesses want to make money.
