It was a great stay!

Liked: The staff were so lovely. I think it was the manager that checked us in and he was SO accommodating. It felt like the staff wanted our best interest and because we were in town for a wedding, they waived our resort fee even though we didn't book through the hotel block. The staff deserves a 10/10.

Liked: Property overally was clean. The manager this morning was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room itself was "ok" but could've been cleaner; especially the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged and the bathroom floors didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. There was hair from previous guests all over the floor. Makes me question the cleanliness of other parts of the room. The man that checked us in Thursday night was less than friendly. He really appeared to hate his job. Also, the fees/promotions from Booking.com did not align with the fees/promotions of the property and we still left with it not correct. Seemed like a bait and switch. Not happy about that.

Great hotel near Lake Travis!

Liked: If you're going to Austin to be in / around Lake Travis, this is a great launching point. Hotel is lovely and rooms are clean / comfortable. Highly recommend!
