It was just okay.

Liked: My room was very clean and the location was right in the middle of town. It was an interesting place to stay. They provided a nice supply of towels and a little kitchen are with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Coffee and tea packets were supplied.
Disliked: First hotel I stayed at that had no staff on sight. Couch has seen better days as the cushions were flat. The safety lock on door was hanging on one screw and couldn't be used to secure the door. TV was provided but no cable. Could only cast from your phone and it worked sporadically. Also, ear plugs were provided because it's right near a highway and the sound of cars and trucks going by was noticeable especially when sleeping.

Beautiful and charming hotel in...

Liked: Excellent location, spacious room and beautiful building.
Disliked: Hard to find the good entrance to the room (realized later that the panel indicating the room numbers had been moved the other way around) but staff on the phone very helpful. The restaurant in the courtyard is very noisy with loud music and voices until midnight both evenings…

Disliked: It was quite noisy: the bar /restaurant until about 11pm and the highway all night long

Romantic hidden gem that will...

Liked: Romantic. Historic. Artistic.
Disliked: This comment really has nothing to do with the hotel, but instead the adjoining restaurant. When we first arrived we were having trouble identifying which of the 3 buildings was to be our home for the night. The employee from the restaurant was either adamant or ignorant about helping us identify which building. Separately, she made it painfully clear that they had separate owners as if to imply they wanted nothing to do with us because we were staying at the hotel. Some basic situational awareness would have conveyed a more helpful and hospitable approach to make us want to dine at the restaurant that has such a romantic ambiance.

Liked: fairly close to restaurants and shopping opportunities
Disliked: there were no doors between the bedroom and bathroom and there were also ants in both the bathroom and bedroom. The night we arrived a drunk man was sleeping outside our door and there were no staff onsite that could help us. The blinds couldn’t be closed properly either so we didn’t feel safe when the bedroom was facing the bar and it was possible to look in. Does not look like the photos on the site whatsoever.

Disliked: Unable to enter the hotel, the entrance was locked with a combination padlock.Knocked repeatedly at the door, no one came at the door.Had to stay at a different hotel.
