Great location, cost and comfortable...

Liked: Excellent location. Modern, youthful vibe. Great patio and restaurant with good food and terrific music. Comfortable bed and our room even had an enclosed porch. What a great bonus!
Disliked: Our building lost heat Monday night and despite calling repeatedly that eve and then the next day, it didn't get fixed until Wed eve. Although ultimately we were provided a space heater, our bathroom and balcony were freezing. The customer service reps on the phone were patient and tried to be helpful it was still frustrating that an emergency hvac service was unavailable. This is why we didn't give our stay a 10.

Liked: I like the setup and the way we check in
Disliked: It was too cold and the water didn't get hot enough. I got sick.No local tv station. Had to Chromecast phone but couldn't get Netflix to show.

Disliked: its next to like a dinner place/club. friday and saturday, music was booming into our place until 1am which was crazy

Liked: Great location in the middle of Orlando especially if you have plans around downtown. It’s quaint and tucked away in a quiet corner absolutely loved it especially having a brunch spot/cocktail bar attached to it.
Disliked: I honestly loved everything about it, maybe an option for some drinking water would be a nice touch

Liked: The location was great. Easy to walk to Lake Eola and Thornton Park. The room itself was cute enough and had good shampoo/soap/lotion.
Disliked: The check in process was way too long. The door code was not correct. It took nearly 45 minutes on the phone with 2 different people to get a separate code for a key fob. The courtyard bar area was very bright all night long, making the room super bright too, even with the blinds. The shower was not very convenient. It was small with a very large shower head directly overhead with no door or curtain, so water got everywhere.
