Superb

Excellent location and kitchen appliances...

Liked: We had a great stay, really. The hotel is well located in downtown LA, at foot distance to the central market and the broad and arts museums.The rooms are recently renovated and very clean. Beds are confortable and shower has godd temperature & pressure. There is availability of many kitchen appliances, which allowed us to make some of our own breakfast/dinner. There are also good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets nearby.
Disliked: There are many homeless people wondering about the area @day & night. But they did not bother us at all.Public parking is available nearby and it is costly.

Unable to sleep for the...

Liked: The room is big and has a lot of room.
Disliked: It was the worst neighbourhood. The beds are placed head first to the streets. You can hear everything that is going on in the streets its like you are sleeping there. The neighbourhood is not clean, you don’t want to hang out there. You need to park around the corner. Its the worst place to stay in LA. Dont stay in downtown.

Lovely staff, clean room, rough...

Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing. They helped me with any problems I had and were extremely friendly. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately this hotel is in a rough area of LA, which is a fault on my part for not doing enough research before booking. I felt quite unsafe walking alone as a woman in this area.

My stay was great besides...

Liked: The facilities were clean and the space was large.
Disliked: The staff took long to find my stored luggage and I was charged $9 from Lyft from missing my ride.
