Liked: Stayed here twice on one trip to LA because it was so great. Loved the gym.
Disliked: One of the treadmills wasn’t working for the whole stay which resulted in what felt like competition to get to it first, especially when it was the same people wanting to use it each day.

True to the listing

Liked: The apartment was exactly like the pictures and had every amenity that was listed on the advert. The staff were wonderful and security was excellent.
Disliked: The location itself feels a bit dangerous for a solo female traveller at night.

Liked: Clean, good interior, lovely space. The library, outdoor sitting area on floor 5 and the lounge are all lovely.
Disliked: No sound proof windows and I hardly could sleep 2 hours per night. I complained and was provided with ear plugs and that didn’t help. I stayed 7 nights and had terrible headaches during the day because I couldn’t sleep at night. It was a really bad experience I must confess.
