Fine for my stay, wouldn't...

Liked: The location of the Sonder was useful and walkable to lots of the good bars and rtestaurants in Toronto but there are quite a few homeless people in the area - just something to be aware of.
Disliked: I was in the basement, which wasn't what I expected but the heating was on full blast which made my room absolutely boiling hot and so I had to leave the window open, which due to the level of the room, meant that was at pavement/sidewalk level outside, which I didn't love. It also made the room quite loud as you had to listen to everything going on outside. That isn't a huge issue for me, but worth advising people who need quiet to sleep. The TV didn't work either so I could only use the room to sleep and shower - not a huge issue, but worth pointing out.

Superb

Liked: Clean, bathroom, mattress, view from the window and the location.
Disliked: 1) I booked 10 nights. They only gave 2 packs of coffee. 2) No microwave.

Poor

Liked: The location is really good
Disliked: My room in the basement was so noisy, I heard the metro. On my last day the AC broke which was so hot about 28 degrees

Disliked: no desk to work at, room not refreshed daily ie coffee

Disappointing wouldn't stay here again

Liked: Good location easy access
Disliked: Bed had quite a bit of hair on it. Bug in sink. Very small and noisy. Beeping smoke detector in hallway all night.

Poor

Liked: Convenient location, steps away from the subway. Check-in procedure was very smooth.
Disliked: The room had a mouldy smell and everything was just not quite clean. It's a conversion of an old house, so you can hear everything from the hallway. At this price point, I'm sure there's other options with better cleanliness and similarly convenient location.

Great location, great option for...

Liked: The location is really great. Subway only 1 minute walk and the "times square" of Toronto only a 10 minute walk. Compared to other hotel prices in Toronto this is a good budget option. The room comes with a lot of towels and cleaning and shower products. I was a solo traveller and it was perfect. For a couple it can be a bit small. Online customer support was really helpful and answered within minutes
Disliked: The airconditioner could use a good clean.

Overall pleasant but missing some...

Liked: The ease of self check in was great
Disliked: There was no microwave and the room was tiny.
