Liked: The room was small but great, had everything you could wish for! Very clean, modern and comfortable. Location was also convenient, a few minutes to Paddington Station.

Liked: Location, it was two short blocks from Paddington Station
Disliked: Our room was in the top floor, we had to access via narrow staircase and the room was so small, we could hardly open our bags! There was no room around the bed, so this room should be rented only for a single occupant.

A cosy hotel which is...

Liked: An easy check in with a lovely friendly member of staff. The room was compact but comfortable and relaxing to stay in. It was very handy for Paddington station.
Disliked: The lift didn't reach the third floor where I was staying, although a staff member did offer to help with my bag. It would have been helpful if there had been instructions for operating the coffee machine.
