Liked: I loved the location and the staff! I arrived early in the morning to drop off my bag before a meeting, and the receptionist kindly checked the room for me. It turned out my room was already available, so they allowed me to check in early—which was super helpful in getting ready for a busy day ahead.The room was small, just as described, but had everything I needed. The shower had low water pressure, which wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t bother me personally. Would definitely stay again when I come back.

Tiny Rooms

Liked: Location is excellent. Close to Paddington station and lots of cafes and restaurants. Room was very clean.
Disliked: When we arrived, the receptionist was standing outside smoking. Not a good first impression. We were in the "dungeon". If I had known we'd be there, I would not have booked it. It was so small, and the bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen. There is a lift, but it doesn't go down to the dungeon. The room would be okay for one person, but too squishy for two, especially if you're staying several nights.

Close to Paddington and clean

Liked: On day 1, I was allocated a top-floor room but the air conditioner did not work. I was offered a new room immediately but I was too tired to move. They gave me a bigger room on the GF the following day. It was a nice and spacious room. The staff was friendly and ready to help. Please note that the lift is up to Level 2 only. The corridors and stairs are tiny!! There’s barely any space in certain small rooms, so be mindful if you have large suitcases.

Liked: Yes the room was small. But it was extremely comfortable and absolutely everything you needed was there and it was all surprisingly well laid out . Bed v comfy. All in all it was very goid value and in a brilliant location.
