Very clean, comfortable and great...

Liked: Great location, very clean, nicely laid out and spacious room. Excellent sized bathtub!
Disliked: The shower head could have been better - it was placed in an odd section over the bathtub. The shower curtain was also not attached properly and it caused water to go on the floor everytime we showered

Confusing experience

Liked: Great location and beds were comfy. If you just need a place to sleep then this is pretty good.
Disliked: There is no staff.. so even though the room was ready for us to check in they don’t release the door code until 4pm unless you pay them more $$ so we had to pay an extra $40! To get the room unlocked for us at 3pm. The lockers suck, they were small and wouldn’t even fit a large suitcase in. The bathroom in our room was just stupid, the shower had two shower heads right next to each other just stuck on the ceiling so if you don’t want to wash your hair then good luck.. and they also only both work at the same time? The shower pressure was pretty crap too. There was no bathroom storage and only one hook for a towel. The bathroom door was frosted glass so super heavy to open and close. Hotel itself it’s all done up cheaply, if you look closely the paint and finishing are all cheaply done. Felt like a hotel trying to be ‘futuristic’ with having no staff but more like they are lazy and cbf paying people.

Good

Liked: Good location. Clean facilities. Easy check-in and access to room. Proximate to paid parking facility at 108 Peter St.
Disliked: Odd interior design issues - e.g. no powerpoints near kitchenette or in bathroom, bathtub too high, curtains difficult to close, shower curtain off hooks, odd of toilet roll holder, inadequate bench space and hooks for towels in bathroom.

Nice and convenient.

Liked: Spacious room, the toilet is the best.
Disliked: My room was in 2nd floor. The building next to it blocked the view. It would be nicer in the higher floor to see the city.

Feels like staying in a...

Liked: The location was good... in the heart of the entertainment district with many restaurants. I also liked the tech that Sonders uses, although it did not always work.
Disliked: Where do I start: 1. No desk to work from; 2. You could not find a properly placed power socket. I had to plug in next to the bed and work on it; 3. water pressure was weak and the hot water came on and off.

Liked: It’s was in a perfect location and incredibly clean. Perfect for an introvert as there isn’t a lot of human contact but if there are any questions staff are quick to answer them.
