Liked: Liked location - close to subway. Dinosaur bbq across the street was great
Disliked: Only because we were staying so long and I was with my young daughter - a mini fridge (bigger than that usb one in the room) would have been great for quick breakfasts and such.

Give the staff a raise!...

Liked: The staff was very helpful, professional and kind. Location right next to the subway station and in a nice neighborhood worth exploring. Amenities (coffee, tea, personal hygiene products) were nice - but we were missing mugs (there's only paper cups). WiFi was working fine, even for work calls. Lobby was also a plus. Luggage storage, microwave for use, etc. was all nice to have.
Disliked: It is currently under some kind of reconstruction, which isn't super loud or bothersome, but for example you can't enter the rooftop terrace that's advertised on the ad. As for the room itself, it was minimalist, there was enough storage room but the bed itself wasn't very comfortable. The mattress was fine, but the bed is high and you kind of have to climb up. But the biggest issue we had with the room was the bathroom. The design is so incredibly impractical, it's impossible to take a shower without making the entire bathroom including the toilet wet. The bathroom is quite small too, but that wouldn't be such an issue if it wasn't for the stupid design..
