Liked: The property was in a good location. Very relaxed hotel . Rooms comfortable. Cleaning incurs an extra payment but clean towels etc available. Nice restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Pre check in issues

Liked: Terrible pre check in experience with my guests repeatedly being asked for ID checks, even after they had done them, and then being told at 8pm on the evening they were about to check in that they wouldn’t be allowed in unless the card holder (my assistant who was not available) also did an ID check. They had to leave our work event early to go and get it sorted. Shame as was apparently good otherwise but would not use again for this reason.

Liked: What a pleasant surprise! Anyone who has stayed in London multiple times knows how hard it is to find a nice, clean hotel at a good price. I came across this hotel during a deal, and it turned out to be one of the most charming and modern options available for a “small” budget.I stayed in a single room, which was cozy (though a little small)—but hey, I only needed it for sleeping! The location is top-tier; you can walk everywhere, whether it’s Notting Hill, Kensington Palace and Gardens, or Paddington Station.The room was modern and spotless, with everything looking new. I also appreciated the water station near the lobby, which made it easy to grab a drink before heading out.
