Liked: Clean and modern, with great amenities like luggage storage and a cafe. Close to train stations and parks.
Disliked: It was difficult to tell just how small the room was going to be based on the photos. If you think the room is going to be small, it's probably smaller. Staff seemed bored and unenthused to help. The need to download an app felt unnecessary.

Liked: The hotel location is very nice and it is close to Hyde Park. Also the security as there are secret numbers to enter either the hotel or the room.
Disliked: everything was fine

Disliked: The room was too small, very tight with 2 people & 2 pieces of luggage. The room was more suited for a single not a double bed!

Disliked: There is no housekeeping service available. You must pay if you want your room cleaned, and take what you need by yourself from the lobby ( toilet paper, soap, …etc). The bed is uncomfortable and the linens are old.

Disliked: Rooms are very small and minimally appointed. You hear a lot of noise throughout the hotel and they were kind of muggy temperature wise. Not super worth the value.
