Very disappointing in comparison to...

Liked: I arrived late evening by Taxi from the Airport and even the taxi driver had difficulty locating this Hotel and the sign was not positioned in a visible location. The team on the desk were friendly and helpful with my room number but just pointed in the general direction of where the room was located. I washed by hands in the bathroom sink that then could not be emptied. The maintenance man was called and informed me that this had now been rectified but the same thing happened the following morning. The snack provided that evening was far too large being a caprese bap and included chips. No I won't be recommending staying at the Sonder The Deco to any friend or relative
Disliked: The only good thing was the gentleman behind the bar the following morning after I returned from getting lost in Miami produced a delicious refreshing drink which he stored for me in the fridge while I used the facilities. This took an age. The reception staff were helpful in ordering a taxi when I was leaving and also storing my suitcare while I was absent from this Hotel

Liked: Very nice hotel with pool, great location on South Beach. Stuff is very nice and helpful. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: AC is a bit loud

Easy, comfortable, and great staff.

Liked: The staff was great and very helpful! The location was perfect - so easy to get everywhere. The beds are very comfortable!
Disliked: The rooms wer a bit 'tired' ... they need some attention with regards to peeling paint, the floors - but, the bed was really comfortable.
