Great location mins from downtown....

Great hotel at a great...

Liked: The future of hotel stays! Perfect for our needs and a nice big room with everything we need. Davines toiletries are a luxurious touch. Everything was well considered and we would def stay there again.
Disliked: Our teen complained about the sleeper couch not being very comfy. It’s not a very central area but at least it was close to a big supermarket and Germantown and 30mins walk to Downtown.

Liked: Good spot, walking distance to cute cafes and bars in Germantown. Also close to a supermarket. Room was nice and spacious.
Disliked: Laundry basically impossible to use, one washer/dryer for the whole place, we gave up. Beds super uncomfortable.

Exceptional

Liked: Good location. Parking was on the street and there was a paid gravel lot in the back. Access to the room was easy and luggage storage was convenient. There were not staff that we interacted with so I am unable to rate this. I was happy with the app and used it often.
Disliked: Parking could have been better. There was always a street park available, but a free lot would have been nice.

Ashe Concert

Liked: Our room was large and very clean. Brooklyn Bowl is a 12 min walk(safe)and places along the way to eat. Assembly Food Hall on Broadway is fabulous. 22 min walk not too bad, just one stretch across railroad. The Morton/shops/distillery is about a 20 min walk, but I do not recommend walking to it. Overpass and lots of homeless people on the route. Quick Lyft 5min $6. The farmer's market down the road was an ok walk about 10 min. Food and small shops, cute.
Disliked: Someone forgot to set up the Roku TV. I could not watch anything and didn't want to deal with someone to fix it.

Bad

Liked: We didn’t stay, we felt unsafe, so I can’t say what I liked.
Disliked: The area surrounding the property is not safe. It is not a good neighborhood.
