Would 1000% stay again

Liked: Staff was responsible and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Really appreciated having the kitchen space for thanksgiving!
Disliked: Faint smell of urine surrounding the exterior of the gate. Sidewalk leading up to the property also had feces smeared on it at the start of the stay. Not really property fault as it’s the city sidewalk, but definitely mega gross.

Cute bungalow in great San...

Liked: Great location, close to little Italy. Felt very safe. Bungalow had everything you need, it felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable and nice decor. I really liked the toiletries too - smelt amazing.
Disliked: Only small negative was that there were scuffs and marks throughout on the walls - just needs a lick of paint to revive it.

It’s good but could use...

Liked: The place was clean enough and the bed was comfy. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a couch, which was very convenient. The outside area is super cute and you feel safe with the gate being locked.
Disliked: I guess it depends which bungalow you get, in our case the bed was fully blocking the entrance to the bathroom so we had to climb over the bed if we wanted to use the bathroom. That’s a little inconvenient.

Liked: Seems clean and tidy with kitchen and bathroom essentials.
Disliked: The outdoor patio was blocked by the bed and did not look like it had been cleaned for use.

Lovely, well equipped bungalow but...

Liked: Loved the easy check in and communication. Keypad access meant not having to carry a key which was great. Very quaint little place with heaps of personality. The full equipped kitchen was a bonus. Great having laundry facilities onsite. Very easy walk to many restaurants and the waterfront.
Disliked: Very noisy (street/footpath) and extremely small for three averaged sized people. We had to move furniture to fold out couch and there was absolutely no room for suitcases. Fold down bed blocked the little terrace (which was a pretty lacklustre space) making it unusable. Fold out couch tiny with very thin mattress - only suitable for a smaller child. Some homeless people set up outside the window and it sounded like they were living inside with us - they weren’t a problem themselves but the proximity to the footpath made it impossible to ignore the noise.

Liked: Gated clean private
Disliked: The bed needed to be folded up each day otherwise partly blocked the bathroom entrance. We stayed 7 nights plentiful fresh towels for us but felt an offer of linen change and clean would be appropriate. There is no reception at the bungalows.
