Disliked: Check-in is horrible. They make you do everything on your phone. When it didn't work, instead of helping me immediately, she asked me to reset my password and try again on my own. After that didn't work several times, she finally did it herself. Daily cleanings need to be requested and have a $40 fee. I have never seen this before. In my opinion, that should always be included.

A hotel stay patterned after...

Liked: Pool and Hot Tub area was very nice. Having a bar on the top floor was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was modern to the point of being too empty.
Disliked: Where was the staff? Nobody to help with luggage...or anything. They don't even look up from their phones when you go in/out. This felt like staying alone.

If it wasn't for the...

Liked: The staff where fantastic. The room was great, the location superb. Even the checkin, baggage lockers were great.
Disliked: The night club ruined an otherwise perfect experience. We stayed right under the night club, the noise of women clicking around on high heels, dragging furniture and blaring music makes a night's rest impossible. Either you have a Hotel OR a Nightclub, clearly you can't do both. On Saturday (our departure) we were going to drive to the Grand Canyon & Vegas, really dangerous to do on 2 hours sleep.
