Liked: Very good location, price , safe and security, a lot of restaurants, close to the beach 3 minute walk! Very good !!!! Perfect! Free parking on site safe and secure ! I will definitely stay here again !New renovated rooms, BIG TV, bathroom, comfortable bed, lights , lounge room! Perfect everything! Nice and friendly staff! Thank you!

Liked: Good facilities. Great location.

ok hotel in Newport Beach.

Liked: Spacious modern room with fridge and kettle and Keurig. Pool. Noise from PCH not a problem. Lovely Italian restaurant next door.
Disliked: No microwave in the room, but one available in the common lounge. Men digging up the PCH at 0230. Difficult to cross PCH.

Bad

Disliked: Book this accommodation to prepare for an early morning out of Balboa for the sole reason of sleeping before an early morning just to not get any sleep all night because of construction outside of my balcony until nearly 3 AM. Earplugs did nothing as the construction vehicles sound vibrated through the floors and the bed and I was not able to go to sleep such a disappointment as I wouldn’t have booked the room had I known, I was going to have to night of construction

Exceptional

Liked: The location was perfect across the street from the beach! The staff was very friendly. It felt safe! The rooms were clean!

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were very nice and usually around most hours.
Disliked: There was wet paint in the room when I arrived. And a broken lamp and cleaning supplies left outside. The staff was very helpful in cleaning things up. The shower water wasnt hot enough and luke warm at best after waiting a long time to heat up. Location has one good coffee shop nearby but otherwise it was pretty residential with no easy place for dinner without calling a car. Drawers in the room were dusty and need to be cleaned.
