The worst experience ever, turned...

Liked: It was one of the worst experiences ever. We came early and tired after the trip requested an earlier check-in than at four. There is nobody at the reception, you need to install an application and everything needs to be solved via the application. After 1 pm we had no option to even pay for the early check in, we only could pay for one at 2 and that was still over extra 50 CAD… the room was worn out, the entrance doors somehow weirdly repaired, bathroom doors not closing, hangers for towels broken. I spent hours in the application chat to get someone to come over to get it fixed. They promised someone would come but nobody did. We had another reservation from before for another two nights. We wanted to make sure we can keep the same room also for the other two nights. Almost mission impossible. After another hours of confirming the end result was that on the day of original check out two people came kicking us out. At first some guy who had no idea we were staying longer and then cleaning. They also blocked our access code. I had two confirmations from them we could stay and our code would remain the same. For nothing. Do instead of exploring the city we stayed in the room, dealing with a spanish speaking cleankng guy and the application again. If we didn’t have it paid for the other two nights we would have never stayed. We are now still here until tommorow and only being anxious about what else might happen. There is all the time some weird noise in the room and the hotel most likely knows as automatically you have earplugs on the table… honestly, never ever and if you have some other choice, choose a hotel with proper front desk. We would have really expected a different service and approach. We had asked for a different room so they can fix the issues but we had never been given one.
Disliked: Nothing, only the bar in the same house is nice and the people are friendly but that doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel. The location is fine except for the noise

Clean, but you will hear...

Liked: The room and bathroom were clean and neat. Also nice location.
Disliked: The wall was paper thin. The first floor of the building is a bar that opens until very late with very loud music. The wall is so thin that you can hear every beat of their music all night long. The hotel provides earplugs, but that doesn’t really help. I stayed for six nights and had to have sleeping pill every single night.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: No cleaning services.No desk table to work or to eat.No chairs.No laundry room service.No coffee machines in the room.The key door didn't work properly with the hotel mobile application.No door in the bathroom, so it is very dangerous after any bath, the floor bacame very slippery.

Meh.

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: There was nowhere to hang out things unless it was in the closet. No door to the shower made it soak the floor no matter where we directed the flow of water. There wasn’t any information on the area or things to do. The restaurant below was not friendly and just shrugged when we asked them anything. The elevator wasn’t working, then it was and then it wasn’t, which wasn’t an issue but annoying. The main concern was the layout was inconvenient for it to be properly comfortable.
