Disliked: The problem only is the check-in and Check out time. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 amPillows were not comfortable

Liked: The room was a good size, modern and the man area was clean. Lots of good breakfast choices. The location was good, not too far from tourist areas and plenty of cafe's and restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: The big negative for us was being placed in a ground floor room. The website advises there may be noise from the breakfast room on the ground floor. What it does not say is that if you have a ground floor room and open your curtains everyone in the breakfast area is looking into your room and in our case directly at our bed (which was a bit hard with very flat pillows) Not good. Given this we consider that the room was overpriced compared to others we could have booked. If booking here be sure to request a room on an upper floor! The main room was very clean but there was mould in the shower area.

Liked: The hotel suited our needs perfectly. My daughter and I found it very comfortable & clean. It was close to the Duomo & transport links. Breakfast was good too and staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Honestly there was nothing to fault.

Liked: This hotel is in a very central location. The bedroom was spotless and comfortable which included all necessary amenities. The breakfast was excellent, great variety catering for every taste. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and helpful offering advice on restaurants and travel options.
